 Appointment Policy

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a prompt start.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a late fee.

Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, credit cards, venmo, zelle, and gift cards for payment.

  • Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice.

  • Gratuities are not included in the service prices and are greatly appreciated by our staff.

Service Satisfaction Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the service received, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

  • Refunds will not be provided for services rendered, but we will work diligently to ensure your satisfaction.

Children's Policy

  • Children are welcome in the salon when receiving a service but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • For the comfort and relaxation of other clients, please refrain from bringing children to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Cell Phone Policy

  • Please set your cell phone to silent or vibrate mode while in the salon.

  • If you must take a call, please step outside to avoid disturbing other clients.

Personal Belongings Policy

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Health and Safety Policy

  • Clients are required to inform the salon of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before receiving services.

  • Please notify our staff if you are pregnant, as some services may not be suitable during pregnancy.

Packages

  • A package purchase of more than one appointment reserves staff time at a discounted rate and is non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

  • Our gift certificates are ready for giving. The can be purchased at the salon or online. Please note that the gift certificates can only be redeemed at the salon and are non-refundable.
